Quick answer

What data does BuyDomainsCrypto collect?

We collect one email per domain. Nothing else. BuyDomainsCrypto, a privacy-first domain registration service paid in crypto, asks for no name, no address, no phone, no ID and no card. The email is verified as ICANN requires, never sold, and never published where the registry allows privacy. We keep no connection logs, run no analytics and set no tracking cookies.

What we hold

DataWhyWho sees it
One email per domainICANN requires a verified contact email for every domain; we also use it for renewal and security messagesUs, the registrar and the registry. Never published where privacy applies, never sold
A random account numberTo log in. It says nothing about youOnly you and us
Your domains, their settings, your balance and top-upsTo run the service: DNS, renewals, transfers, payments from the balanceOnly you and us; domain names and nameservers are public by nature

No exception: every extension we sell needs one email, nothing else. Extensions whose registry requires more are not sold.

Never collected

We never ask for, and never store:

  • your name, postal address or phone number;
  • an ID document, a selfie, a date of birth or company papers;
  • a card or bank account number;
  • your wallet address or the transaction ID (TXID) of a payment. A payment is matched by its exact amount, down to the last decimals;
  • your IP address in orders or requests;
  • analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

No logs

We keep no connection logs. The web server of this site writes no access log. Our server records no IP address in orders or requests. It uses the IP only in memory, to limit the number of requests, and forgets it within an hour.

The site is served through the Cloudflare network (CDN and DDoS protection); we do not receive or keep your IP address when you browse it.

Is my email published in WHOIS or RDAP?

No. RDAP replaced WHOIS as the official lookup for generic extensions in January 2025, and ICANN's Registration Data Policy redacts personal data from public results.

  • Free WHOIS privacy on every extension we sell.
  • Not sold: extensions whose registry forbids privacy or keeps or publishes the holder's name and address, such as .us or .es. Extensions whose registry keeps the holder's name and address, such as .uk or .de, are sold registered in our name only: the registry receives our company's details, never yours.

Each extension page states its rule. Details: WHOIS privacy.

When does BuyDomainsCrypto disclose data?

Only on a Panamanian court order. We do not hand data to a foreign lawyer, a private company or a foreign government without Panamanian legal process.

ICANN rules add three points, stated plainly:

  1. UDRP proceedings: when a trademark complaint is filed, the registrant details are confirmed to the dispute provider handling the case.
  2. Disclosure requests: ICANN's Registration Data Policy requires registrars to answer requests for registration data. We answer every request; outside urgent cases, the answer is no without a Panamanian court order.
  3. Urgent requests: the only exception to the court-order rule. ICANN rules require registrars to answer urgent requests about an imminent threat to life, serious bodily injury, critical infrastructure, or child exploitation.

We can only release what we hold: one email per domain. Registries keep their own record of each domain under their own rules. Our process is on the abuse page.

What do crypto payments reveal?

Public blockchains are public by design: anyone can see the amount and time of a transaction. We do not record your wallet address or your TXID: your top-up is found by its exact amount. No card or bank details ever reach us, because we accept crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC).

Do you sell data or use trackers?

No. We do not sell, rent or share your email. The site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.

What can I change or delete?

From the client area or by writing to [email protected], you can change the email of a domain, transfer a domain out with its free transfer code, or close your account. We never ask for your password, your account number or your domain transfer (EPP) codes by email or chat.
